📋 1. General Terms & Definitions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between ncwapp (referred to as "we", "the platform", or "ncwapp") and its users (referred to as "you" or "member"). ncwapp operates an online betting and gaming platform for users in Bangladesh.

Platform Eligibility

• Each person may only create one account.
• The mobile number used during registration must be active and belong to you.
• Large withdrawals may be restricted if KYC verification (National ID) has not been completed.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits must be made from your own mobile wallet.
• Successful deposits are usually credited to your balance within a few minutes. If there is any delay, please notify support.
• For failed transactions, funds are returned automatically; if not received, wait 24 hours and then contact support.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests are only processed to verified payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Under normal circumstances, bikiash withdrawals are typically completed within 7–15 minutes on average.
• Without completed KYC, withdrawals are capped at ৳10,000 per day.
• If fraud is suspected, withdrawals may be temporarily held and verification may be requested.

Welcome Bonus

A welcome bonus is available on your first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, you must meet the applicable wagering requirement — currently, this is typically 20–30x the bonus amount.

Cashback & Reload Bonus

• Weekly cashback is awarded as a percentage of net losses.
• Cashback bonuses generally come with lower wagering requirements.
• Reload bonuses are awarded as a set percentage on your next deposit.

Referral Bonus

Refer a friend and both of you will be rewarded. However, the referred friend must complete their first deposit. Creating multiple referral accounts from the same household or device is not allowed.

Cash Out

Betting Results Verification

Official and internationally recognized sources are used to determine results. In the event of any dispute over a result, the official outcome of that match shall be considered final.

• Self-Exclusion: You can permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ncwapp platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software for betting or gaming.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Participating in match fixing or manipulation of any sporting event.
• Threatening other users or engaging in abusive behavior toward customer support.
• Accessing the platform via VPN from a restricted country.
